Customer service is bad i called twice and i got an answer after 20+ mins waiting, plus the hotel i booked through the app tried to deduct money from my account several times thankfully my account was empty, i contacted the customer service regarding the issue they said they will contact the hotel, two days after i got an email they said they called the hotel but they got no answer and gave me the hotel number to call and solve the matter my self ! What a service
