A-Bis

The location is good, convenient to all. However, this hotel is weird. The lobby is not inviting, its dark and sad. The people at the reception are not accommodating neither smiling. The pool is 6 feet height, how can a guests enjoy it especially with kids? Then, the room is creepy (Rm 411 in particular), something is there that cant be explain. Me and my friend felt it and it’s weird and scary… The aircondition is controlled, cant be adjusted, either extremely cold or u have to turn it off. The housekeepers are weird too. The Management must look into it, a total revamp to do.
