I am extremely disappointed with the way my booking issue has been handled. I clearly mentioned that it was a human error – I intended to book the same hotel with the same dates in Toronto, Canada, but by mistake it was booked in the USA. Despite informing you immediately and explaining the situation, there has been no real support or effort from your side to resolve this or process even a partial refund. I trusted your platform, but this experience has made me feel like Helpless.
