Had to cancel a trip that I had already paid 50% deposit. While the property was accommodating and confirmed they would reimburse me, the Customer Service has been a total nightmare. In the UAE Botim is provided by Etisalat and they charge their customers 50aed/ month. Lately, however, the phone calls with certain countries are not working. The app gives the ‘ connecting’ message and then the call ends abruptly. I’ve contacted Etisalat on numerous occasions and they have not bothered to look into the issue. Disappointing!
