Desktop and Meet is unusable
Users have been unable to login to Botim through the app onto their desktops for over a year now. The issue is widely known online and there has been no fix pushed out. Botim Meet users cannot receive calls and invite links redirect to Botim’s generic website rather than the meeting itself. There seems to be no urgency to resolve these issues from the development team. This platform is becoming essentially unusable away from the mobile app itself.

I tried to bought a gold and sell it to see how it goes, decided to withdrawal to my bank account but it gives me errors! I contacted them they need my EID plus EID near to my face !!! How can i do a clear photo like this !! Verification is simple than that, otherwise link it to UAE pass. We r in 2026 gentleman's!!! Plz update your verification process to be more easier for us other wise i will never do a transaction here!

Super Trash app. Don’t install it. IMO is better
Most trash apps ever. Very heavy. Always reconnecting. And now you can’t migrate chats. The only lovely feature now is gone and the customer service representatives they don’t know if it is gone for good or it is a technical issue. No back up to phone number ( like tawasal app ) or to email address so you can retrieve when changing the device. What is the point of adding the money transfer feature of the primary one is not working properly. You think I will trust you with my money? And every time I put a comment, they reply to me an automatic response that send an email. I HAVE SENT 8 EMAILS A

I’ve been using this app for a while, but unfortunately it has several issues that need to be fixed: • First, the Persian (Farsi) font is too small and This makes reading messages uncomfortable. • Second, there is a serious problem with message status. Sometimes I send a message and the other person has clearly seen it, but the second check mark doesn’t appear. Need a bug Update
Every time I try to call someone using the iPhone app, it doesn’t actually call the contact—it dials the last four digits of their phone number instead. I have to hang up, open the Botim app, manually select the contact, and call from there. This issue only started after the most recent update. First, it randomly turns on video during calls without me even touching anything. Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Information & Hidden Charges
I accidentally activated the BOTIM virtual credit card and immediately tried to close it. The app demanded a 25 AED fee just to deactivate it. When I contacted customer service, the agent clearly assured me there were no charges involved. Despite that, the app still insists on payment to close the card. This is misleading, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I trusted the support team’s word, but BOTIM failed to honor it. Deeply disappointed with this experience.
