Botim is the worst app

If you are in a dying situation or your relative , don’t ever you botim to send money it worst than any app , no customer service there don’t pickup, there said automatic ai to reply , there don’t refund , if there do it take weeks or days , i couldn’t rescue my mother on time when she needed money I use botim and it 5 days now
