I Was happy customer till last week, when I rented car with full protection insurance paid in full, at airport the agent declined the insurance and offer new one at €370 giving no choice, but to accept a new insurance which is four times the original one, after a long flight, we decided to take it to save times but I was confident booking will not accept this (tried to call but it was helpless since phone answered by an AI agent, surprisingly when contacted booking by email they canceled the initial insurance and kept the new one!!! Only one thing I don’t like about the app it announces red light camera ahead with a comment smile it’s not funny at all

Works fine most times, but some times you need to switch from one to other country to get connected, kind of annoying, and gets disconnected while in use, but honestly its one of the best available VPN, I think the should not charge the price cause the service is not reliable. Recently not working in UAE

Bought my first ticket using Trip app, I paid for online check in and did it, but airport staff didn’t honor my e-boarding pass and ask me to go to the queue for boarding !!!!! Tried yo communicate bia the app, but slways auto reply refferung to common asked questions.

Im confused with the reviews and rating, I guess it is personal experience and some if it by merchandisers. I’m using this app since few years and found it very good in terms of customer protections, couple incidents happened and customer service was very helpful, supportive and efficient, I think due to high customer protection many suppliers don’t use it. Thanks PayPal keep it up
