Over app the app functions fine, but god forbid you need any customer support. After 100s of messages to customer support and 10s of dollars wasted trying to call their international numbers where an AI agent answers and never puts you through to an agent (local numbers don’t work) I was forced to stay in a room that I didn’t want. Honestly truly a pathetic experience trying to get any sort of Customer support. Pray to god you never need customer support, or else this will end up being the most painful experience
