I booked a deluxe double room long back looking specifically with a balcony and bathtub facilities including tub mentioned with other facilities provided. After a hectic travel of 14 hours, when I checked-In, I got a simple room with no balcony and bathtub facilities included. When enquired at the reception, Mithun said that only suites have bathtub available and also have to wait for a day to get a room with atleast a balcony!! If you don’t have a bathtub available then why did you mentioned on the booking page and also even on the invoice?? Why didn’t you book the same room as per the
