Great app if you’re into this sort of thing ;)
I used this app a few years ago with great results. Slipped out of it, buried myself in work, and came back to it. Offers videos for every lift or exercise. You enter your rate of perceived exertion, reps in reserve, and it will help calculate your weights you should use. Also asks about different body areas being sore, sleep, nutrition, to curtail or dial back. It’s helpful to have a little bit of weightlifting experience but not necessary to have ever competed or anything. Love the app. Glad to be back with it

What is with all the junk volume?
Now don't get me wrong, I love this app, but it tends to not listen to me when I say every week "hey, really don't like doing 11-13 extra accessories on top of these heavy sets of my mains" yet I still get 11-13 sets of accessories most of which I have to switch out. Anyways, just wish this app was a bit more intensity over volume focused is all.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app/program. Well worth the money in my opinion. The dude at my gym who squats like 600lbs recommended this app and I ended up loving it. I’m an intermediate level lifter and have been lifting for a while. I have decent strength and size but have had a hard time breaking past certain numbers on my lift, and partly bc I never really followed a structured program and partly bc I’m a firefighter with a weird sleep schedule as well as many intense/physically demanding hobbies like wrestling/judo/BJJ and there aren’t really programs that cater to my unique situation. The CHANGE I NEEDED!
I have been using this program now for at least three years. I have used it during injuries and most recently post CarT infusion for the type of cancer I have. I do have a background in Fitness and have a better idea of my exercise selection, but for someone who has never had a program or guidance, this is one of the best programs I have used. The one thing that I will say, be honest, pre-and post out because this will dictate the level of difficulty for future workouts.

No trial, expects fee higher than some gyms
This app looked like everything I needed. But, the photos were minimal in helping me understand how the app worked. If you’re not going to offer a trial, you have to be thorough in the screen shots and examples of what the app provides and how it actually works, especially if you are charging more per month for the app subscription than some of us pay for a gym membership.

Very Well Put Together
I was recommended this app by a coworker, he’s rather large as his squat is 610, just over a 500 bench and not sure about the deadlift. He swore by it and has been using it for a while now and highly recommended this to gain not only size but strength as well. After you get you’re base lines set the app adjusts to you and always gives a good workout with the option to add a set of you want.

Great programming, but doesn’t adjust well to time limits on workouts
The programming is great, and it allows me to hit all of the target muscle groups I want to hit. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t adjust well to hour long workouts, and expects the workout to be around 1.5-2 hrs to complete. Also, if I only workout 4 days a week, it just crams a 5 day workout week into 4 days, then I really don’t have the time to finish it. It’s like getting a to do list that you never get done and it doesn’t make me feel like I accomplished my goal. Besides that, great stuff.

Great encyclopedia of lifts, easy to use. However workouts can take an excessive amount of time (1.5 -2 hours without warmups) with no away to adjust for time available. In addition, you can’t seem to adjust bar weight for speciality bars or add the availability of 55 pound plates. Kind of limits the functionality of the plate calculator. Otherwise happy with it.

Getting thouroughly frustrated- I enacted the 2 week free trial online, set up my account put my card in and paid/confirmed future payment. I downloaded the app and filled all the data in to start training. Now it’s trying to make me pay again and won’t let me past the pay now phase/redden purchase. Amazing Program
I truly cannot say enough good about this app! I have been using the app for almost three years. In that time, I did my first meet, was pregnant, did a garage gym competition four months postpartum, and am now looking to do another meet. Disappointed — need a free trial
Disappointing. I wish there was a free 7 day trial. After initially getting it, I realized immediately it wasn’t what I wanted. I reached out to their customer support for a refund but they weren’t able to. Out $35. I can see the app’s merit for those who are into competitive lifting, hence the reason I’m not giving it 1 star. Cool how it adjusts to your progress. It’s simply not what I need though and was a pain to learn how to use. Gave up after using it a couple of times.

The only missing feature I wish was included is the option to choose natty or not before starting your program. The app seems to preemptively assume you are on gear and can recover from much more volume (8x10@ 70% in week one) than what you would reasonably expect. If you input your exercises after each set the app will adjust your workout based on how your doing. Big Fan! A good option if you do not have a coach
I have made good gains on this program. My biggest complaint is there is no programming option for equipped lifters. Almost every US high school require their lifters to compete equipped for safety reasons. Senior/Master’s lifter compete equipped due to previous injuries or age related injuries and thus lift equipped to protect themselves. Adjusting the program for equipped lifters should not be that complicated. Basically adding to the timeline when they should introduce knee wraps, suits or bench shirts and then adding training modifications, ie board work in the bench, bench squats, etc
