I’ve tried other apps trying to find the right mix of programming and app functionality that works for me. Finally decided to give JuggernautAI a try and it is amazing so far. I work out in a fairly complete home gym. But there are some gaps (mostly lacking equipment for legs). It was easy to build a program around my setup with lots of good alternates to leg presses/extensions/curls. Even some I hadn’t thought of. The app progresses perfectly. Always pushing me but staying inside of my capability. Lots of volume. Currently doing power building 40%/60%. Takes me about an 1 1/2 per wor
