The only missing feature I wish was included is the option to choose natty or not before starting your program. The app seems to preemptively assume you are on gear and can recover from much more volume (8x10@ 70% in week one) than what you would reasonably expect. It takes a bit of self manipulating to get right by repeatedly telling it no, but after that it’s smooth sailing.
