Getting thouroughly frustrated- I enacted the 2 week free trial online, set up my account put my card in and paid/confirmed future payment. I downloaded the app and filled all the data in to start training. Now it’s trying to make me pay again and won’t let me past the pay now phase/redden purchase. Clicking redeem purchase says no active subscription but on line is says I have an active subscription. What can yall do to fix this issue??? Very frustrating
