Great disappointment
Bolt used to be my default app for car sharing and rides . Today I requested a ride the app showed 3-4 min for the ride to pick me up . After waiting almost 20 min I just realized the driver will never show . I cancelled the ride and it just happened all over again . Not going to use this app again any time soon .

Working but with many issues.
When trying to get basic bolt which is much cheaper most of the times the driver eventually cancel or search forever. When choosing faster bolt, it says 4-5 minutes but then when driver found it become 12 minutes Disappointing

Careful fellow Jews and Israelis
Hi, I have used bolt before the war, before October and have had 12 rides with a score of 5 stars. Now, magically post-war I have dropped to 4 stars within 3 rides. I make sure to; • be quiet • keep clean •not litter •be nice and courteous And in Gett Taxi after 6 years of constant use I am at 4.89~ ish. Crazy ain’t it? And they aren’t willing to hide my last name from drives which is obv Jewish, then the support team keeps ghosting me for hours at an end to additionally lecturing me on how their system is assuring integrity. Unfair Account Blocking Instead of Addressing Serious Complaint
The driver behaved dangerously and aggressively, shouting at a two-year-old child and starting to drive while the car door and trunk were still open. He also refused to give us the baby stroller from the trunk. Instead of taking this serious complaint into account and holding the driver responsible, the app chose to block the customer’s account. This is a failed and unfair system that clearly ignores passenger safety.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst ride experience I’ve ever had, and I will never recommend anyone to use Bolt. I entered my full destination address in the app. The first driver cancelled, and a second driver accepted the ride. After getting into the car, I noticed the destination was incorrect and updated it in the app. The driver refused to take me to the updated destination and dropped me off in the middle of the route, late at night, approximately 25 minutes away from my final destination. I was left alone, felt unsafe, and had no way to continue the ride. D

Credit card cannot be accepted, and there is no option to contact the support
Downloaded the app tommy IPhone, after entering the credit card and approving the app usage in the credit card company, I get a message from the app: “Something went wrong, please try later again”. Tried with two cards, no success. From the support menu in the app and in the website there is no topic/article on how to resolve, and the worst thing that there is no way to contact support team. I would expect from the company that provides an application that charges money for the service to have a human support available 24/7. Disappointing.

Warning - overcharging and no cash refunds use normal taxi
I used the to call a taxi from Vienna to the airport. I was requested to pay 41 eur by Apple Pay (just a 1 euro less than the fixed price of taxi ordered by the hotel) after I got back home I discovered that they managed to add 2.9 euro to the charge! Calling support that agreed to refund my app balance but not to refund my credit card! Beware. I recommend not to use them for sporadic rides.

You will not get your 50% discount
After bringing 3 friends to the app, i didnt get the discount that was promised. (Yes my friends used my link and even got a discount themselfs) I contacted support so many time and they just seem to dont care or just say that i brought only 2 people and that i already used the coupons (i didnt) Prices of the app are also not good, just use lineman its much cheaper. Yes the UI bolt is nice, but not worth the prices. In lineman most of the times its half the price. Not recommended

Don’t lose item
Friends, I'm writing to you, don't lose any item in a taxi because customer service is not helpful! You're not interested at all! Anyone who has had a similar incident should lower their reviews because it doesn't make sense that they have such a high service rating!
