Downloaded the app tommy IPhone, after entering the credit card and approving the app usage in the credit card company, I get a message from the app: “Something went wrong, please try later again”. Tried with two cards, no success. From the support menu in the app and in the website there is no topic/article on how to resolve, and the worst thing that there is no way to contact support team. I would expect from the company that provides an application that charges money for the service to have a human support available 24/7. Disappointing.
