The driver behaved dangerously and aggressively, shouting at a two-year-old child and starting to drive while the car door and trunk were still open. He also refused to give us the baby stroller from the trunk. Instead of taking this serious complaint into account and holding the driver responsible, the app chose to block the customer’s account. This is a failed and unfair system that clearly ignores passenger safety.
