Wanted on pc but a great time passer in alerts

Hi, I have used bolt before the war, before October and have had 12 rides with a score of 5 stars. Now, magically post-war I have dropped to 4 stars within 3 rides. I make sure to; • be quiet • keep clean •not litter •be nice and courteous And in Gett Taxi after 6 years of constant use I am at 4.89~ ish. Crazy ain’t it?
