If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst ride experience I’ve ever had, and I will never recommend anyone to use Bolt. I entered my full destination address in the app. The first driver cancelled, and a second driver accepted the ride. After getting into the car, I noticed the destination was incorrect and updated it in the app. The driver refused to take me to the updated destination and dropped me off in the middle of the route, late at night, approximately 25 minutes away from my final destination. I was left alone, felt unsafe, and had no way to continue the ride. D
