Why they get good reviews is strictly due to first time buyers. Horrible nonexistent customer service and the game point to purchase coupons are a total scam. After 88 straight days of attempts to purchase the $50 coupon with point, multiple months of attempts with customer support, and absolutely no resolution. Screenshots sent showing I purchased and it shown available only to be told it’s sold out. Refreshed and tried again with the same result refreshed once more and then it shows sold out. I’ve been seeing everybody shop on AliExpress, so I decided to try it out and see what kind of stuff they had. I ordered 11 items, and at first two of them got canceled. I wasn’t too upset because I thought I would just get my refund back quickly. I only got refunded for one item, though. Then things got even worse. I’ve been a big fan of aliexpress and I’ve spent more money there over the years than I’d like to admit. I’ve had a few issues over the years and they’ve always made it right. This companies app is horrible. If you try to submit any type of feedback or request a refund or have any type of grievance for some reason their submit buttons on those things do not work. But yet they have everything working quite well when it comes to being able to take an order. There is a language barrier between yourself and the sellers also. Yes, 3 stars, but I do still use the app. You just have to understand what you order might be junk. So far I’ve been lucky. My biggest issue with this app, it will show you items and you think that’s what you’re getting, but that’s not always the case. Customer service is useless. You spend an hour in chat just for them to escalate it (chat reps don’t have power to do anything). Half the time you get a generic irrelevant response in the escalation email and have to start all over or just give up (and be out the money for the damaged or incorrect item).
