In early September I ordered four Halloween costumes from a seller on AliExpress. The seller had good reviews so I didn’t expect any issues. Weeks went by and only one item was shipped. The other three never moved, and because of the delay AliExpress automatically canceled my order. I tried to contact the seller, but all I get is a chat agent who can’t actually help. I needed these costumes by the end of October. If I could speak directly to the seller and explain the situation, maybe they could’ve helped or at least shipped them faster, but there’s no way to communicate with them at all. Bec
