I purchased a lot of items from this app and ran across an issue with an item not being as advertised. I filed for a return which the company verified my concern and found it valid so provided me a return label. I immediately repacked the item in the same box I received it and printed the label for return. I dropped it off at the ups drop off location and received my receipt. I checked the item about five days later to see if it had gotten there yet. The tracking number came back invalid. I contacted their customer support to find out why and provided my tracking receipt. They said they would
