Why they get good reviews is strictly due to first time buyers. Horrible nonexistent customer service and the game point to purchase coupons are a total scam. After 88 straight days of attempts to purchase the $50 coupon with point, multiple months of attempts with customer support, and absolutely no resolution. Screenshots sent showing I purchased and it shown available only to be told it’s sold out. Refreshed and tried again with the same result refreshed once more and then it shows sold out. It’s either a huge scam or there is a problem with the app software which is what I initially sugges
