buying is easy, delivery for some products comes quickly, for others it is delayed, it depends on the seller of the product. the only problem is that if the products come damaged, missing or do not come. returning the money is more difficult, you have to go through many steps, many explanations, some absurd, considering that it is not your fault. all this on your time and your money. My experience with AliExpress has been very disappointing. I provided all the necessary proof and returned the package, yet I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact support, I only receive automatic replies saying that “the issue is being resolved” and that “the team is investigating the case,” but in reality nothing is being done. Customer support keeps delaying the situation and makes you lose time and money without providing a clear solution. I do not recommend this platform if you have issues with refunds or returns.

Horrible Chinese products. Rarely do happen to find a good reliable product. Most of the time the titles and the descriptions are misleading or inaccurate in order to make you purchase their product, and when you ask for a refund, for a very good reason, they either blame it on you, and not the product or themselves, or they put the condition to return the product in order to get the refund, which will cost you more than the product itself.

A full market of fake products! Not to be trusted
I buyed something from Aliexpress, and was labeled as Brand+ authentic guarantee which guarantee authentic product, when i receive it turns out to be a fake product, and Aliexpress put me to pay the return postage fees to send the fake product back to the seller so they could keep scamming people! So i would never ever again buy something from aliexpress, they dont protect the customers, they protect the scamers sellers!

Aliexpress does not protect the customer from fakes
I ordered a pendant from "100% real gold" as stated. I asked the seller twice if they are plated or real gold, seller confirmed that is real gold. When i received the product, the pendand weight and visible corrosion clearly showed that this is not gold. I submitted a full refund, since returning it will take forever. Aliexpress did not granted it and wanted a refund. As if this product is not a fake. I am very dissapoint in how they protect the customer in experiences as fake items.

Has many useful products sold by many independent sellers, but to make sure you receive your package, order only those products delivered by AliExpress. Other delivery companies have tracking numbers that can not be traced in my country. Completely disappointed — the app feels outdated and behind
I’m quite disappointed with how the AliExpress platform handles problems when things go wrong. My experience with a recent order highlighted several issues: • I had to wait over a month and a week for my package to arrive — far beyond the estimated delivery time. • Even after the delay, the system forced me to wait an extra month before being allowed to open a dispute. • When the order finally came, it was incomplete. The only solution offered was to return the entire order at my own expense. • I tried contacting the seller, but they showed no willingness to help, and AliExpress did nothin

With regards to platform it is too crowded and distracting for my taste. I’m also not a fan of repeated automated answers when trying to contact a seller - again spam. I like suggested alternatives when searching for products, I appreciate very much the logistics of delivery and global shipping with all taxes and fees transparent.
