My experience with AliExpress has been very disappointing. I provided all the necessary proof and returned the package, yet I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact support, I only receive automatic replies saying that “the issue is being resolved” and that “the team is investigating the case,” but in reality nothing is being done. Customer support keeps delaying the situation and makes you lose time and money without providing a clear solution. I do not recommend this platform if you have issues with refunds or returns.
