Customer service is useless. You spend an hour in chat just for them to escalate it (chat reps don’t have power to do anything). Half the time you get a generic irrelevant response in the escalation email and have to start all over or just give up (and be out the money for the damaged or incorrect item). Even with a few non-refunded products, it’s still cheaper overall than purchasing elsewhere. The prices are usually great especially with coupons. Just make sure to comparison shop between vendors to get the best deal! The games glitch a lot and they keep adding new ones instead of fixing t
