Good safe account, convenient app

I generally think with a banking app, no news is good news. The fact that I don’t have a ton to say about this app is a good thing. It has always been extremely convenient to use and even after logging in on different accounts, the login has always been very easy to connect. I also use biometrics to sign in so of most of the things I sign into this is the most convenient and yet one of the safest. Security Systems Keep You From Your Own Money Often

I’ve had multiple times now where my card gets locked because I make too many payments (from the same accounts I’ve used to pay my cards since they were opened). I get paid weekly now. So I make small payments every week and suddenly it says I’ve made a suspicious payment and locked the card I just put ALL of the money I got paid so I could pay off my balance. It’s already taken out of my account, it initially showed I could use the credit instantly, then I got a notification the card declined an autopay bill, and suddenly it says I have no available credit. This is just such a stupid system.

Banking has changed so much and i dedicated myself to coming to this bank after refusing to use traditional banking for years. Out of all banks this has to be exactly the same. Bad! When you sign up they change their terms after so what they tell you to your face is completely different. I am very happy doing business with Capital One Bank. Unlike other banks I’ve used in the past, Capital One does not charge an overdraft fee if you accidentally go over. I’ve been using this app since I got my car in 2021. I also have 2 credit cards with them so I check the app regularly. I check it obsessively actually. Whenever I would go into the app, or see the widget, it would show my principal balance at the top in large font, and under the balance it would show the payoff balance in small font.
