Banking has changed so much and i dedicated myself to coming to this bank after refusing to use traditional banking for years. Out of all banks this has to be exactly the same. Bad! When you sign up they change their terms after so what they tell you to your face is completely different. They have no compassion for their user base when it comes to issues that effect your direct deposit or even welcome bonus. You are out of luck.
