Growing up in the culture I grew up in, that being African-American there’s a lot of things that was not privy to us. Financial literacy being one, is something that I am unfortunately still trying to learn at a later stage (age) in my life. capital one is one the leading credit card creditors, and lender because of the trust and willingness to risk working with Impoverished areas and/or people.
