Questionable charges after account closed
I had three CapitalOne (CO) credit cards issued by various stores. I decided to keep just one to make it easier to keep track of CapitalOne charges. I had some rewards accumulated on the two cards I was going to close so I contacted CO customer service in April to obtain the rewards and discuss closing the accounts. CO/CS suggested keeping one of the accounts open until the last statement came through because the statement would be coming soon. I did and in May I made sure the balance due was paid and then closed the account. I checked the coded accounts again later and no activity showed so I
