Deposit Feature is Seriously Lacking
Three separate occasions I’ve tried depositing three separate checks through the mobile app and it’s given me a hard time, stating it was “having trouble reading the numbers on the front of the check.” It’s always taken a few tries, and sometimes trying on a different day, for the deposit to go through. This time I’ve tried ten times, with different dark backgrounds, the best light I can get, trying auto capture (which didn’t work at all and kept having an error), taking close up, further back, being super careful to have every part of the check be in focus, but the app is still “having troubl
