You app does not give your users the ability to see bill statement nor access one’s bill without going through the app.. it’s not user friendly at all and in someways with all the advertisement in the app comes across predatory.

It’s very discouraging to see that for as long as this firm has been around they still practice a 1990’s form of banking when payments are made to settle some or all credit limits. Especially when the payment is deducted from one’s own bank account almost instantly from the banks side and Capital One has the date scheduled for that day.. and yet it’s not processed into one’s own account under the guise of them stating it’s your own banks doing; knowing very well it’s not.
