I especially love how great this service has been and still is! I see how so many persons I know who pay quadruple and are miserable. I simply state that my bill is the same since the day I opened my account. Keep up the good work people so I can keep bragging about how good and consistent you are!

It runs out too fast even if you got a limited or a $60 $70 monthly prepaid plan and when I go to buy more, it’s still not enough so I would like to have my own Wi-Fi box added to my line with more than just 20 and 40 GB Database 500 or better

I just wanted to say thanks again metro for everything you guys have done for me with answering every question and giving me tips on how to save money, oh and I can’t forget how they always let me know when the sweet deals are out, so way to go METRO aka A TEAM you guys get a 10 out of 10 in my book!!

One of the car rental companies ripped me off last week on a rental I chose no insurance turns out if you do that they won’t give you a car until you insure it at a triple price at the counter

I highly recommend myMetro app and Metro PCS in general! They have the best selection and prices and I think everyone should use Metro by T-Mobile for their smart watches, tablets, and of course their phone service and internet service as well! Great promotions on Tuesdays too and great deals all month long on all types of the best phones! Also if you switch over from a different carrier a lot of times Metro PCS by T-Mobile will give you a free smart phone and great deals! Been with me for over seven years now they are an excellent company to have service with and I’ve recommended them to all my friends to have a plan for only $50 a month and for me I get two lines for free. That’s an incredible deal.

Being in las Vegas using their service is horrible it lags due to all these casino’s and their services I get an alert half way through my bill every month saying i used 95% of my unlimited data and phone will go slow until next bill cycle like how sway

The speeds are great. Why pay for postpaid T-Mobile priority service? In my area, and in most of the places that I go, the network is not congested. T-Mobile has such an abundance of spectrum that Metro customers don’t even feel it. My plan is $25/month.

Metro has been with me since 2013 I’ve never had to worry about my bill going up or any surprises when it comes I’ve always had service everywhere I go until my most recent move in 2025 and they discounted my bill to 25$ because some contractors did something to mess the internet up

I have been with Metro for over 10yrs. What makes Metro outstanding is whenever there is an issue with internet/promotions or discrepancies they will always find a solution. To me that’s what matters most.

Metro are so unprofessional they are no help at all. I paid my phone bill on the 13 but it was due on the 17 and my phone been moving slow freezing up on me and my hot spot doesn’t even work and they acting like it’s my fault that they services don’t work. Everyone I talked to rude the supervisors are rude and have the nerve to be mad that I’m mad like I have no reason to be mad or something so horrible if I could give no stars I would most definitely do that

I was with metro for around 5 years. I left them when I moved, but I’ve been back again for almost 2 years. I wished they would have a lower rate, but at least they give $5 back when you pay automatically. I travel and it does not work every where, maybe about 80%

Bed for 12 years no issues no problems always seem right. If there is discrepancy that I might see they’re always there on my side.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years plus. Love the family plans. Easy to use, and prices have always been reasonable. Metro PCS is a part of my family. We are glad to have them

The pricing and flat fees are amazing and very affordable! I was over charged and stressed out to the max with billing from Verizon Wireless and TMobile and I’m so glad to be a Metro customer again worry and stress free. I don’t have to worry about being overcharged, seeing hidden fees and a fluctuating bill month to month. The service is just as great as the others including the Home Internet. I highly recommend

The app is absolutely useless! I specifically switched from T-Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile to be able to still take advantage of T-mobile Tuesdays. I have never been able to log into the app because it doesn’t even give me the option to login. As soon as I open up the app and immediately says that I can’t authenticate me. The representatives are absolutely clueless and the only thing they ever suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the app which I’ve done countless times and obviously will not resolve the issue. The service is cheap for a reason so unfortunately, I will have to tolerate them for

I don’t enjoy talking circles with a bot and I wish they would give us a more direct route to speak with a live human being but otherwise I am more than happy

Every time I went to another phone carrier even if they offered a so-called great phone it was not worth it always came back to metro four times lol won’t go nowhere else. I’m good. I learned my lesson.

Metro is a very affordable service fit in my budget nicely and Service works where I travel anywhere in the United States even Hawaii. I didn’t have an issue with drop calls when I was in Hawaii. So they’re the best bet for your money. That’s just my opinion.

Metro is the best cell service ever due to not having to pay for all the bells and whistles and added stuff that you do not need. Service is the same as T-Mobile. Not one problem and their app is super easy to use to pay or auto pay or find out about your perks..!

Had a great experience using Metro as my phone company I’ve never had any problems with my phone or service. My bill is easy to pay when I talk to people on the phone. I can always understand them. I never have any hidden fees. I know what to expect and would recommend.

I went back to Metro after hurricane Ian. I had a grandkids phone with Metro, and it was the only phone that worked after the storm.. I have never had a problem with Metro. The people that work in the store are always very helpful. Customer service on the phone is always extremely helpful. I’m a very happy customer.

I like MetroPCS, but I feel as though that they should get more than a 72 hour extension. I thought they should at least extended at least a seven day post. Period. However the service is pretty good.

Thanks for the 72 hour extension. I don’t know if there’s another company out there like Metro. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have never considered moving to another company.

When I switched to Metro, it was for the price drop over Verizon. I never imagined it would be a major upgrade at a discounted price. I should have made the switch long before I did.

I’m a long time customer of Metro because no one can come close to what they offer for the price. I have 5 members of my family that also use their service. Representatives are very helpful and I’m satisfied with the phone service.
