Our latest version gives you more control over your account security. You’ll now be able to use myMetro to control whether anyone can transfer any of your lines to another wireless carrier. Likewise, you can prevent anyone from changing the SIM card on any lines on this account. They have the best selection and prices and I think everyone should use Metro by T-Mobile for their smart watches, tablets, and of course their phone service and internet service as well! The speeds are great. Why pay for postpaid T-Mobile priority service? In my area, and in most of the places that I go, the network is not congested. T-Mobile has such an abundance of spectrum that Metro customers don’t even feel it. My plan is $25/month.

Horrible services
Metro are so unprofessional they are no help at all. I paid my phone bill on the 13 but it was due on the 17 and my phone been moving slow freezing up on me and my hot spot doesn’t even work and they acting like it’s my fault that they services don’t work. Everyone I talked to rude the supervisors are rude and have the nerve to be mad that I’m mad like I have no reason to be mad or something so horrible if I could give no stars I would most definitely do that

The pricing and flat fees are amazing and very affordable! The app is absolutely useless! I specifically switched from T-Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile to be able to still take advantage of T-mobile Tuesdays. I have never been able to log into the app because it doesn’t even give me the option to login. As soon as I open up the app and immediately says that I can’t authenticate me. The representatives are absolutely clueless and the only thing they ever suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the app which I’ve done countless times and obviously will not resolve the issue.
