The app is absolutely useless! I specifically switched from T-Mobile to Metro by T-Mobile to be able to still take advantage of T-mobile Tuesdays. I have never been able to log into the app because it doesn’t even give me the option to login. As soon as I open up the app and immediately says that I can’t authenticate me. The representatives are absolutely clueless and the only thing they ever suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the app which I’ve done countless times and obviously will not resolve the issue.
