Card is great but App and live support not so much
Today is at least the fourth/fifth time I’ve encountered “Couldn’t Match Number” message from the Capital One Mobile app and/or the desktop capital one website. This in the first two weeks of having the card. It was particularly maddening today because I was trying to check out online using my Capital One card and the store’s app was telling me I had their last two of an item; I wanted three. For all I know, They may have sold out by the time I was able to use a competitor’s card. Each time this has happened, I’ve contacted the support telephone number and explained in detail the message that
