Can’t add my tickets
The app has lots of bugs, I can’t pass the privacy and terms screen. If I redirect from a hyperlink to the app, I was able to bypass the privacy screen but then I run into the problem to add my tickets. Please fix!

Do not trust this app!!!
We bought tickets from Toulouse to Nice, and the first part to Marseille was cancelled due to fires near the tracks that made the French national news. While we were reimbursed for the first leg the regional train company that ran the Marseille to Nice leg of the trip wouldn’t reimburse us. They said the cancellation of the first part wasn’t their responsibility even though they let you buy a through ticket on this app! In addition, there was no email or app notification about what to do when the train was first delayed and then cancelled. The service is not full nor complete.

Beyond Frustrating 😞
This app has been far from consistent in its ability to operate. I cannot log into my account on the app that I have had for well over a year! Yes I have been in contact with the SNCF help center and not only have I described the problem in detail I have also attached photos to the file for an actual visual of the problem. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall it which of course has not fixed the problem. Switch your device to French!
Switch your device to French! When your device is set to English, everything looks normal (labels, images, tabs, etc.) and basic actions (switching between tabs, entering text in fields, etc.) work fine. But almost all important actions (logging in, displaying the account tab, importing an already purchased ticket, adding to Apple Wallet) fail silently… with no timeout, no error message, and no result. When your device is set to French, the same actions work smoothly.

I’ve been using this app for years with no problem but a few weeks ago I was prompted to update the app and since then it hasn’t worked. Nothing loads, you can’t book trips (just keeps spinning, not connecting) or see your account (despite having my name at the top of the app) and all my past and current ticket info is gone. I had bought a ticket not long before the update, but now the app says I have no booked trips. Fortunately I have it saved in my Apple wallet. The latest update just doesn’t allow me to load my account and trips details… bugs? The website though gets me through without any problem… and where is the optionn to save tickets on apple Wallet? Does SNCF only knows Google?

C’est fatiguant d’avoir des apps qui ne fonctionnent pas. Impossible d’accéder à son dossier, ses billets. Ne faites pas d’app si vous n’êtes pas capables de les faire tourner correctement.

Very informative and easy to use. The only mild complaint I have is that the journey information is in the Manage Trip page which is not immediately obvious. Also, it would be nice if the app showed your live location.

Really really helpful and well done!
Getting around Paris on the public transport system is harrowing if youve never been here but this app makes it easy! and booking trains for outside the city is easy too… it even tells you what exit to use and where to ride the train to be closest to your exit. fabulous.
