App doesn’t work since the last update
I’ve been using this app for years with no problem but a few weeks ago I was prompted to update the app and since then it hasn’t worked. Nothing loads, you can’t book trips (just keeps spinning, not connecting) or see your account (despite having my name at the top of the app) and all my past and current ticket info is gone. I had bought a ticket not long before the update, but now the app says I have no booked trips. Fortunately I have it saved in my Apple wallet. I’ve had to go to the website to book additional TV train tickets. My husband is having the same issue. I’ve even deleted it and r
