This app has been far from consistent in its ability to operate. I cannot log into my account on the app that I have had for well over a year! Yes I have been in contact with the SNCF help center and not only have I described the problem in detail I have also attached photos to the file for an actual visual of the problem. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall it which of course has not fixed the problem. PLEASE PLEASE help your customers with their on going issue with your app 😞 and just a suggestion please don’t just advise your customers to contact the SNCF help center as I have co
