I hope someone in leadership at SNCF looks at those reviews and decides to have the team in charge of the app seriously look into this instead of asking users to fill up some forms when the feedback is already shared by users

Fix it!
This app has only worked maybe twice in the past 2 months. I have had to resort to using the website. When you’re looking for an itinerary, names don’t populate and there’s a loop like it’s trying to load. The next day it’ll work and the following goes back to the same. A lot of other people are having the same problem so this is on the developer.

Still garbage in 2026
It is INSANE that one of the most visited countries in the world makes it so hard to book a train trip. The website REFUSES to accept Visa payments from one of the biggest financial institutions in the world (Chase in the USA). Hoping to solve the issue on my phone using Apple Pay, I soon realized that the app is equally trash and remains stuck spinning on the Account page or during most searches. You would think that creating a cart on the web would let you retrieve the cart in the app, but that would be too much to ask from my fellow Frenchmen. This has been going on for years; this company

Not clear if it’s just vibe coding or a lack of testing, but the app is broken on the latest iOS build. Clearing mobile browser caches, removing and reinstalling the app, all without any effect. The account page just spins after signing in and importing purchased tickets infinitely spins. The chat feature is stuck on “I’m drafting a response” so no meaningful way to report an issue. Breaking the app is certainly a unique approach to driving traffic to the site (which actually still works). Hopefully the app people don’t take on the website.
