Installed the app and authenticated but it doesn’t show my purchased tickets nor can it import them. Just shows a sliding progress bar, but no luck. I can’t easily get in touch with you either as I’m in the US but surely you have logging and telemetry that can help? Either way, the app is entirely useless right now.
