Not clear if it’s just vibe coding or a lack of testing, but the app is broken on the latest iOS build. Clearing mobile browser caches, removing and reinstalling the app, all without any effect. The account page just spins after signing in and importing purchased tickets infinitely spins. The chat feature is stuck on “I’m drafting a response” so no meaningful way to report an issue. Breaking the app is certainly a unique approach to driving traffic to the site (which actually still works). Hopefully the app people don’t take on the website.
