We bought tickets from Toulouse to Nice, and the first part to Marseille was cancelled due to fires near the tracks that made the French national news. While we were reimbursed for the first leg the regional train company that ran the Marseille to Nice leg of the trip wouldn’t reimburse us. They said the cancellation of the first part wasn’t their responsibility even though they let you buy a through ticket on this app! In addition, there was no email or app notification about what to do when the train was first delayed and then cancelled. The service is not full nor complete.
