Invalid Nintendo Museum Tickets — Misleading Practice
I purchased tickets through GetYourGuide that were advertised as valid admission to the Nintendo Museum in Kyoto, at a price significantly higher than the official rate. When we arrived, the tickets were not recognised and did not allow us to enter. The Nintendo Museum states that tickets must be purchased through its official system and that resale is prohibited. Despite this, GetYourGuide sells access supplied by third-party providers, takes the customer’s payment directly, and then tries to shift responsibility to the reseller when the tickets do not work. Am platit pentru o excursie, o suma considerabila, mi a fost luata de pe card, plata efectuata cu succes, ulterior, am primit un mail conform caruia “ ceva nu a mers bine”, iar excursia nu poate fi cumparata. Am cerut refund, deoarece nu mi se pare normal sa astept 3-5 zile pentru un refund, cat timp greseala este a celor de la Get your Guide si nu am solicitat eu vreo anulare. Nu va recomand!

Am primit un tur ghidat in limba engleza si cu surprindere am aflat ca ei nu au tururi in limba romana, iar pentru urcarea in domul basilicii a trebuit sa platesc separat, sa stau din nou la o coada imensa, pe o vreme ploiasa. Platisem acesti bani tocmai pentru a evita acest gen de neplaceri. Parerea mea este ca platesti ceva si ti se ofera ce se poate , mult mai putin decat ai platit.
