Wrong dates and unprofessional support
I booked a tour in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The app showed conflicting dates for the tour. I arrived on time, and the activity provider confirmed they would pick me up, but then I was left waiting for over an hour on the street in the early morning without receiving a response. I found out from the app's support that the both the app and the provider were confused about the dates and my transport was never actually scheduled. There's been no apology, no acknowledgment of their unprofessionalism, and they also refused to refund my money. Textbook scamming scenario.

i booked through the app and they confirmed the trip and deduct the money and few hour before the trip they didnt confirm as there is no flight availability and they cancelled the trip and the payments refunded with less amount due to currency exchange which is not acceptable as i supposed to received same amount
