star – Lost 90€ and the whole day because of zero support and a missing bus “Booked the Caminito del Rey guided tour for 3 adults (90€ total) with 3:50 pm start time. A carnival in Álora meant one of the buses never arrived, so we couldn’t even get to the meeting point. I contacted support at 3:16 pm asking for a refund or reschedule. No reply for almost an hour. I booked two tours - finding meeting points is a challenge on its own, furthermore - Pantheon ticket pick up is 700 meters away from Pantheon - I booked a fast track ticket with audioguide - when I get there I find out that Pantheon on Sunday is free, I paid just for audioguide and to get to the Pantheon is a 3 hour line. Nobody picks up the phone, no cuatomer service, no cancellation possible. Avoid at all costs its a SCAM

Don’t trust the all
I recommend not to trust this app, since their policy is to charge the customer, but not to demand service from their partner. So basically you can buy a service, not receive it and be charged for it either way. So better deal for your service directly with people who provides it.
