Also bei GetYourGuide an und für sich habe ich nichts zu meckern. Hab schon viele tolle Erlebnisse gefunden und gebucht. Den fünften Stern hab ich abgezogen, weil die APP auf dem iPad zwar funktioniert, aber halt nicht wie eine 100%ige iPadOS-APP. Warum nicht? Ein Pad ist ja angenehmer zu nutzen als ein kleines Display auf dem Smartphone

On m’a assuré que je serais remboursé sous 5 jours… mais à ce jour, je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Le service client est particulièrement frustrant : on a surtout affaire à une IA inefficace, incapable d’apporter des réponses concrètes ou de résoudre le problème.
