Яндекс Такси, объясните, как это вообще работает? Делаешь предзаказ - тебе показывают «примерную стоимость» ~800 ₽. Думаешь: окей, нормально.По факту поездка выходит 2 600 ₽. В другой раз «примерно» 500 ₽ - списывают 1 500 ₽. Это не «погрешность» и не «динамическое ценообразование». Это выглядит как тупо ввод пользователей в заблуждение. Человек оформляет заказ, ориентируясь на одну сумму, а потом получает чек в 2-3 раза выше. Тогда зачем вообще показывать цену при предзаказе, если она не имеет ничего общего с реальностью?Пишите сразу: «мы сами не знаем, сколько с вас спишем».

Способ оплаты
Во время поездки водитель у меня спросил, без сдачи ли у меня наличные, чем ввёл меня в ступор, так как я ставила оплату картой. Я начала судорожно искать, как это изменить, ведь у меня не было с собой наличных денег. Я разумеется не нашла ничего, потому что в процессе поездки нельзя это изменить способ оплаты, и карты чтобы снять деньги у меня с собой не было. Не буду рассказать какой конфуз я испытала в связи с тем, что способ оплаты изменился в приложении без моего участия.
