Stock up on snacks for a party, soup, khachapuri, wok, sushi, pizza, and vegan options. • MARKET YANDEX GO Market Yandex Go offers dozens of categories and millions of important, useful items in Russia and Uzbekistan. Enjoy the user-friendly search or select the categories to find what you're looking for. Add items to your cart, place and track your order — all in the Yandex Go app. If you've already added items to your Yandex Market cart, you'll see your order in Yandex Go and can continue checkout there. If an item is out of stock, we'll suggest alternatives at about the same price. • DELIVERY Have a courier pick up your printer after repairs, hand over documents to a contractor, or haul off that old couch you sold. Яндекс.Еда это провал
Несколько лет не пользовалась Яндекс.Едой, так как там систематически были задержки до 60 минут плюсом к обозначенному времени. Решила заказать снова, и вот опять - ресторан от меня в 10 минут, курьер забрал заказ и 30 минут стоит без движения. Служба поддержки связаться с ним не может, но из раза в раз предлагает подождать. При отмене заказа дали промик на 10%. В итоге: 1 час потраченного времени, пропущенный обед и промокод на 10%, которым я не воспользуюсь, потому что заказывать там больше ничего не буду.

Интерфейс приложения с годами стал переполнен и непонятен, в приложении yandex go кнопка «такси» находится 8 по счету. Вам действительно кажется, что когда человек заходит в приложение такси для него более актуально арендовать машину, посмотреть места, лавка, еда? Карты работают некорректно, локация запаздывает или тормозит в Казахстане. С яндекс.еда 2 раза курьер просто переставал выходить на связь и еду мы не получали. Я понимаю, что яндекс чувствует себя монополистами, но может будете развиваться, а не деградировать?

Не пользуйтесь доставкой
Недавно оформил доставку, стою жду заказ. Хочу связаться с курьером, но в приложении ошибка “Что-то пошло не так» Интернет был, другие приложения, нормально работали. В итоге курьер просто уехал, а когда я попытался вернуть деньги то был послан. Ещё у них возникла ошибка с моим телефоном, из-за чего они звонят на неизвестный номер, типа номер получателя, хотя в том заказе я и был получателем. В общем куча ошибок, постоянные баги, так ещё и при сложной ситуации в стране забирают у людей последние деньги не предоставляя услугу. Ещё и штрафанули за возврат.

Заказали Яндекс доставку, доставить ювелирное украшение. От магазина до адресата, курьер пропал, сутки нет никакой связи, Яндекс поддержка просто молчит. Курьер хз где, полная тишина 🤷 Поддержка к слову за сутки ни слова не сказала, вообще. Горячая линия переводит только на электронные письма.

I was about to but a waffle. If I order it directly at the restaurant that’d cost 370 rubles. On Yandex food the exactly same menu would cost 510 rubles! We pay for the delivery fee by ourselves and you also take service fee from us, why do you have to mark up the price??

Чат с поддержкой отвратительный. Разговор будто с роботами и в рамках одного сообщения, дальше переписку закрывают в одностороннем порядке. И помимо этого постоянно глючит тема с оплатой во врем поездки. Не могу поменять. Был бы другой агрегат такси, уже давно бы отказалась от янадекс.

В целом приложение хорошие, но есть пару дополнений , которые сильно бы улучшили проложение Яндекс go. Было бы очень удобно если в чат с водителем можно было отправлять фотографии, а не писать и на пальцах пытаться объяснить, где ты находишься. Так же после начала вождения чат с водителем уже недоступен. Почему? Это очень неудобно . Поскольку иногда бывают ситуации, что срочно надо остановиться, выйти в магазин, и если водитель отъехал , перепарковался - его уже не найти, пока он сам тебе не позвонит. Время начало поездки тоже нигде не показано после начала движения. В общем это мелочи , но он
