Impossible to be registered if using a French mobile number,even in old previous Soviet country ? С ценой 500₽ за 3км поездки можете сами себя возить, бред полный. Дополняю: заказал такси, деньги списали. По итогу в приложении виснет уведомление, мол «оплата не прошла», пишешь в поддержку, дабы разобраться в ситуации, как так вышло у них—в ответ бот отправляет одни и те же сообщения. Лучше уж пешком, чем в таком идиотском сервисе ездить

I usually have no problem with the app, but this time I was scammed. A restaurant falsely marked my order as delivered, and Yandex support first refused a refund, claiming it had been delivered. I was tracking the map constantly and I know it was never delivered. Later, in a second ticket, Yandex support Team admitted the driver never came, but still refused to act. I was basically robbed.

Заказ не был доставлен, пришлось двадцать пять минут угробить на переписку с оператором, в итоге спустя час 40 минут новый заказ доставят, но уже с другими позициями, взамен дали промокод на 10%, 60 рублей от этого заказа — вот стоимость моего времени и сил. Тут минимум 30% надо дарить чтобы хоть как-то сгладить ситуацию. А вообще раньше ни разу такого не было
