アプリ自体は良いが電話番号認証がクソ
アプリ利用時に必須となる電話番号での認証が非常に悪い。基本的に現地のSIM届かない(Googleの検索結果ではfacebook経由などで届いたと書いていたがケースバイケース？) 私の場合現地でSIM購入→AppleアカウントにSIMの電話番号を追加→Appleアカウントで認証からの設定でSMSが届き利用できた。 使用できる地域、使用感自体は良いが登録認証がかなりストレスだったので⭐︎1。 ちなみにカザフスタン、キルギスではeSIMでも簡単に認証できるinDriveがオススメ。ただこちらはウズベキスタンで使用できなかった。

基本は便利、ただし危険な場合もあります
中央アジア諸国で利用しました。安く便利で旅行には必須アプリだと思います。一方危険な思いもしました。ある運転手は運転中もゲラゲラ笑いながら怪しい雰囲気でしたが、到着した途端ドライバーの仲間かと思われる4人くらいの集団に囲まれて金を要求されました。カード支払いのため無視して立ち去ろうとしたところ、追いかけられて何を言ってるかわかりませんでしたが怒鳴られ無理矢理に現金で料金を払わされました。ヤンデックスのサポートに報告してますが何度連絡しても調査するという回答とクーポンを送ってくるだけです。
