Stock up on snacks for a party, soup, khachapuri, wok, sushi, pizza, and vegan options. • MARKET YANDEX GO Market Yandex Go offers dozens of categories and millions of important, useful items in Russia and Uzbekistan. Enjoy the user-friendly search or select the categories to find what you're looking for. Add items to your cart, place and track your order — all in the Yandex Go app. If you've already added items to your Yandex Market cart, you'll see your order in Yandex Go and can continue checkout there. If an item is out of stock, we'll suggest alternatives at about the same price. • DELIVERY Have a courier pick up your printer after repairs, hand over documents to a contractor, or haul off that old couch you sold. For large items, you can order a cargo truck. Накидывают в яндекс еде цену в продуктовом магазине после заказа и в чате говорят что мол вес после сборки отличается, поэтому дороже, так на все позиции в заказе, батончики газировку и другие штучные товары, странные, лучше не заказывать

поддержка отвечает постоянно заготовленными ответами и проблему по сути не решает, водитель сравнил меня с мукой за стоимость поездки, грубил и грозился высадить, а знаете почему? потому что я спросила почему он не начал поездку и продолжило платное ожидание капать. этот грубиян поставил неоправданно низкую оценку(у него она 4.66), в этоге мой рейтинг испортился, отвратительно

Разочарование
Раньше Яндекс хорошо работал, поддержка решала любой вопрос быстро и благополучно. Сейчас, как ни закажу еду, постоянно проблемы то с курьерами, то с самой логистикой, которую поддержка решает скриптами, не отвечающими на вопрос, и промокодом со скидкой на два дня. Мне вот вообще ваши промокоды не упали. Неужели, если компания становится монополистом в стране, можно забить на клиентов??

Из какого пространства родился повышенный спрос?
Даркстор через дорогу? – плати 300р за доставку. Что в лавке, что в еде – повышенный спрос. Смотришь у курьера в приложении зону спроса – ее рядом нет) И это часто так, просто внезапно могут взлететь цены без каких-либо оснований. И ладно фиг с ними, с этой едой и такси. Но лавка сегодня с минутной доставкой буквально через дорогу стоимостью больше половины от заказа просто убила.

Воруют деньги с карты (SCAM)
За одну и туже поездку списали деньги дважды, сначала с одной карты потом чуть позже с другой. Тех поддержка фактически просто игнорируют проблему, оставляю лишь с текстом «ждите вам ответят» реально нечего не делают. Если пользуетесь привязывайте только одну карту и переводите на нее ровно ту сумму сколько стоит поездка.

Я столкнулся с неприятной ситуацией. Заказал доставку посылки Яндекс Доставкой, тариф «От двери до двери», указал подробно всю контактную информацию. Курьер забрал посылку, доехал до адреса получателя, затем развернулся и поехал обратно, возвращать посылку отправителю. Курьер не пытался со мной связаться, я не смог с ним связаться, так как его телефон был выключен. Служба поддержки Яндекс не смогла (и/или не захотела) разобраться почему курьер не смог доставить посылку, выразила сочувствие, что мне пришлось столкнуться с непрофессиональной работой курьера, однако списала с меня деньги за поезд

Very good
Very good app. Works like a dream. Only problem was that the driver (in St. Petersburg) didn't speak english. But showimg him the map he found the destination. The app said there was 249 taxis available on Saturday afternoon and the car arrived in 10 minutes, just like the app promised. Price of the ride was low, thanks for that as well. We need this kind af service in Helsinki as well.
